Must be a treat to for those folks at the foot of the mt. to be greeted by that view every day =)

Living up there all year at about 1000m above the sea and surrounded by peaks comes at a price... consider, their crocus bloom late in April, so long and hard winters!

Die Plamorder Spitze (2985m) mit Nebengipfeln. Die liegt meiner Ansicht nach auf dem Alpenhauptkamm, der hier durch den Reschenpass unterbrochen ist.

Ah, die ist das! In dem Fall ist sie wohl eher neben dem Reschensee als direkt hinter Sankt Valentin... auf der topographischen Karte in einer Linie zwar von meinem Standpunkt, aber viel weiter weg als das Objektiv es aussehen laesst....
