We know about where they are by now and they get marked with a stick as soon the bottom leafs can be ID'd, as to safe them. Karls sister or her hubby stumbled over one somehow and they showed it to me and then we tried to find out if it is indeed an orchid. This thing was sort of weird after all, so smal and nondescript with bottom leafs like some plantago but tiny blossoms green as the grass, yet formed like in an Orchis militaris. Nobody knows who planted them, might have been a roaming bird as it is the part of the "lawn" where the nutcracker uses to deposit it's collected hazelnuts. They are, as are all native orchids, protected by law where they occurre here naturally but I guess those are in many peoples lawns without the owner noticing. :o)
