Saint Vigilius / Sankt Vigilius
Close up zoom on the text ribbon around the inside of the building. I can not read much of that, as aside of names it is mostly abrevations lacking any spaces or punktuation, but it reminds me of Goldbach chapel at Lake Constance that also has such a ribbon in the original decoration surviving above a lower wooden ceiling / Das Schriftband um die Decke herangezoomt. Lesen kann ich das nicht wirklich. Abgesehen von Namen ist es ja grossteils abgekuerztes Latein ohne Abstaende oder Satzzeichen, aber es erinnet mich an die Goldbacher Kapelle am Bodensee, denn die hat auch so ein Schriftband um die Innenwand, die ueber einer spaeter abgehaengten Holzdecke die Zeiten ueberlebt hat. |
