The moths most related to it on your continent are the skeletonizer from the Harrisina genus I fear, but the european burnets are a harmless and pretty bunch good at pollinating different little meadow flowers, no pests ruining backyard climbers.
Most have pretty red and black patterns on the wings and uniform black bodies, whilst your Grapeleaf Skeletonizer wears the red on the body and got all black wings.
