Cesar Becerra

Sharing trail adventures at the 2001 ALDHA Gathering, Dartmouth College, with the legendary Earl Shaffer (1918-2002). Earl, first man to thruhike the AT, actually did it three times: south to north in 1948, north to south in 1965, and — 50 years after his first trip — south to north again in 1998, just before he turned 80.
