Another screenshot to show the difference in colours between Safari and Firefox/Camino.

Sorry to accept this, but it seems that Safari is the better browser. At least when watching pictures online.

If I'm not mistaken the difference lies in the browsers' colour management. Safari manages profiles whereas Firefox does not. So if you publish images with color profiles, you will se a difference. See http://www.flickr.com/photos/darknesis/1424292900/
