It was a lovely summer day, Roses nice, but the capitol, not so. but them

I think a somewhat soft watercolour-like capitol is also still a very nice looking capitol. A narrower selective DOF is a nice trick to know how to produce in case a background building is rather unsightly, but here it's just fine when it is just a tad softened. ;o)
