Invasive status be damned, Ditch Lilies are gorgeous =)

Are those pretty orange lilys really invasive? I remember in the Great Lakes they said it is a native wildflower and they where displayed and featured in many nature interpretive centres flower beds at the metro parks and state forests. I miss them a little, just like trilliums, skunk cabbages, and little red columbines.... :o(

Yes, they are on the invasive species list in every state in the US. Once naturalized in an area they spread like crazy. They're native to Asia....
