Is that a 100% crop?
MasDom December 03, 2007, 03:29 PM
No I don't think so. I had no idea what res. was needed for a 100 % crop. The original is 1030 x 570. This should be 100 % then.

MasDom: is the "texture" visible on the door before processing with GREYCstoration real or just an "noise"?
MasDom December 04, 2007, 07:18 AM
If you mean the darker dots: They are visible in the original. Other than that I can't see any texture.

Don't you have this menu on the right side: View photo as: Original (1030x570)?

I see "View photo as
Large (756×418) More sizes.." nothing that gives (1030x570).

Yes, I guess so. Looking at the GREYC version the light reflected on the door looks rather "smeary".

I was asking what the door looked like in "real life".

I recognize some of the speckling in the original as noise but to my eye it appears more realistic than the altered version :-)

That's what I was calling texture.

To bad you can't see the original version.
In real life the door has no texture.

masdom you just need to go to your "settings" menu. Visible as a strip along the top of most windows. Mine starts with "your photos", "upload" "send" ect. Click on the settings option and then select the "settings" tab which has "photos", "settings", "blogs" ect. Here you can allow people to view full size photos and also change things like the default license if you wish.
Yeah I know I'm several weeks too late ;-)

EDIT: I'm on the free option BTW
