for preferences, I cannot tell, I love to visit switzerland and living so close makes it easy! Austria / Vorarlberg is an astonishing country concerning its nature and landscapes and more...
you ever visited one or both countries?
i've been to europe a couple of times, a long while ago. i've been in britain a handful of times, because that's where my granddad was from originally and both my dad and my uncle eventually moved back there.
on the continent .. i've been to france once, for a month or so when i was very young. i've also went to greece when i was a bit older. i've been to germany, but only the airport in frankfurt ; ]
so no, i've not visited either, though switzerland seems a bit more interesting. this swiss flag is probably my second favourite, afterall!
for me as a german, its nice to live in the 4-country-corner at lake constance!
