This mi own opinion, but I think the beauty of a city depends on three factors: age, history and architecture and all of them are important. Let me explain...
Let's take Las Vegas. Impressive city, but if for some magic reason it happens to disappear, provided you have enough money, you can re-build it. What's more!!! I use to go there often and every time it looks different, like if it was already rebuilt. Can you do the same with Vienna or Luzern or Prague or Paris, etc, etc, etc?. No... they don't only have an amazing architecture, but history and longevity as well. But as I said before, is just my opinion...

Such a beautiful, and iconic, Swiss city! It's awesome how much pride they take in decorating that foot bridge with flowers --- along with any windows with flower boxes adorning them =) Wonderful capture!
