The Windows Vista revamped image and fax viewer now called the Photo Gallery. What's nice about this little program is that it has a couple of nice features such as photo cropping, red eye fixing, color adjustments, exposure adjustments and a good bit more. Now you shouldn't need an external photo editing application unless your looking for a more expansive set of features.

Also notice that their are even more things to do with your images via the top menu bar. You can burn the image, email the image and make a movie with the image. A really cool program for minimal photo editing!
