For a few weeks now, we've had this somewhat disconcerting view of a wind chime defying gravity. Looking up close reveals the several spider web strands pulling it to the side.
It was a big cobweb, and it was very interesting to follow it over the days and weeks. Some days it was very sloppy, with plenty of holes and distorted sections. The next day it would be very orderly. Sometimes half was a mess and the other half looked new. Very dynamic, overall. It's still there, but it looks as if the spider has moved on and isn't maintaining it anymore. |
