Reminds me of a ride I went on must be 15 years ago with my Granddaughter (then aged 8). Shish !!! wonder I'm here to remember it.

LOL! Thats an extraordinary "Haes" as the people from the aleman carneval (Fasnet) would call that.... They usually do more traditional outfits, but young lads displaying themselves as a group of all similar dressed , pronouncedly unattractive elderly women are definitive a huge part of that tradition. ;o)
