Tony Cardenas at Andalucia Senior Apartments Ribbon Cutting
On October 4th, 2010 Optimus Construction, Inc. celebrated the grand opening of Andalucía Senior Apartments in Van Nuys, CA. The new construction project provides affordable housing for low and very low income seniors, ages 62 and up. Andalucía Senior Apartments consists of 94 - 680 to 900 sq. ft. and 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with subterranean parking.
