My New Studio...
Yeah, ok, it's the laptop in kitchen with my old 2 octave Evolution midi keyboard :) This Gateway laptop is over 9 years old now. It runs on a 750mhz Pentium3 cpu (there are phones faster than this now!). I've got Windows 98SE on there with my old copy of Logic 5.51, the last ever Windows version. I still hate Apple for buying out Emagic. Anyway, it's all running very smoothly! I also plugged in my old digigram VX Pocket 24bit audio interface for low latency. The plan is to throw together some tracks on there, then render the parts via the network to the studio PC, load them up in Vegas and mix them on my Mackie Onyx desk, analog. |
