Schinkenröllchen
nach einem Rezept von Chefkoch. Es handelt sich dabei um angebratene Zucchini-Viertel, die zusammen mit Feta in Schinken eingerollt sind. Dazu gibts eine Soße mit viel Gemüse (Tomaten Zwiebeln Paprika). Das ganze wird auf Zitronenreis serviert, den man hier im Bild allerdings nicht erkennen kann.
