Companion photos of the Ornamental Peach Tree in my front yard garden. The tree was relocated in 2014 from my vacation property in the Pocono Mts. of PA where it had been struggling for years and never grew past the sapling stage. Once plated in my garden in NYC, the tree just took off at growth rates of about 2ft. a year! It's one happy tree ;) It doesn't produce fruit, but it more than makes up for that with an abundance of blossoms every Spring.

✍ Most years, the flowers are pretty well gone by the time the leaves reach this size, so it was a nice treat to have the Spring greens combined with the pink of the blossoms on the tree at the same time =) We had an unusually cold Spring...
