✍ The coast guard doesn't normally patrol NYC's waters... This was during the United Nations General Assembly hoopla. The smaller boat is one of NYPD's "marine response units." They don't appreciate being photographed, but I caught this from the upper level of the Queensboro Bridge -- over ¼ mile away -- so, what a cop didn't see, I didn't do ;)
