✍ PACES provided/provides the food services on the campus of my alma mater, SUNY Potsdam. The bear with the chef hat was/is their logo (in the school's official colors & in keeping with the bears school mascot) and could be found on a variety of food related items one could purchase from the college's store --- a reusable, insulated mug in this case. Using this cup vs. paper, styrofoam or plastic meant getting a discount at check out in all the dining areas on campus...
