707 Avenue of the Americas (Sixth Ave.), Ladies' Mile Historic District, Manhattan, NYC, NY.
Full spectrum color, high definition photo…

✎ The landmarked commercial loft building, behind the pretty tree, was designed by William Schickel & Co. & built in 1889 as the Ehrich Brothers Department Store. Like many of the “commercial palaces” that line the Ladies’ Mile Historic District, 707 Sixth Avenue was conceived as a grand emporium that would cater to a growing middle-class clientele. Burlington Coat Factory has occupied the space since the 1990s.

No... It's a [very big] Burlington Coat Factory store.... This is common in Manhattan with historic buildings being used by big retailers. They can't modify the outside of the buildings... I added some historical info. on the building for you should you be interested.
