Not sure what this is - a squash of some kind? Savoury or sweet? I guess savoury as that looks like parsley sauce, but all I do know is that I can't be sure as I've never knowingly eating it in this form!

Ah, from the ground sesame stuff in a jar called "Tahin" you can buy here too?? They sell it mostly for the people with arab roots as homey comfort breadspread but as nut lover with an allergy I have learned to make all kinds of "nutty" tasting stuff with it and cant imagine life without.

Well, parsley makes it green. Blended with a blender stick.

Yes, the taste is different. My wife also adds some garlic, so it IMHO very tasty.
