The problem is that it has to be refrigerated. No preservatives. :)

This is the sort of meal I prepare all the time, right down to the wholemeal bread (essential as a diabetic). I agree that the mystery red stuff looks great, and I'm sure is wonderful, but I tend to use what is available and make my own condiment, sauce, or whatever is required.

I would love to have lunch with you, and there would be no problem with refrigeration, -- nothing left to refrigerate !
