Looks like part of a tugboat... Maybe? I guess the next owner won't have to be too concerned about parking the house in a flood zone ;)

Yes, Fizgig, it was in dry dock at Moss Landing, where the trimaran I built is docked. I, too wondered if it might make a good house for someone.

Well, in CA all sorts of "unconventional" things are to be seen ;) Wouldn't be surprised it this ended up being someone's home....

There's a guy, here, who has a converted 727 fuselage. It's true about California. I have loved living here, since 1954. I think we're moving to the Sierras soon. (Creeksong wipes away a small tear.) Not sure which side of the state line. We could end up in Nevada.
