That's pretty rare! Especially one with the original engine in it -- most of the ones you find have a 70s era engine in them... Would be worth quite a bit restored and all. It's only the second pre-1956 one I've ever seen --- the other was a 1952.

It belongs to a mechanic, who lives down the street from me, and is fixing it up for his parents. It does have the original engine. I think he said it was a 472 cu in. I had a 1970 ambulance, and if I remember right, it had a 512 cu in. It looked like the Ghost Busters one. It had a 12" frame, as does the one in this shot.
