You mean international W omens Day. Although this angel has always suggested the figure of a woman to me, as well, we bought her at a Christian church. My wife says all the Christian angels are men, as is the whole church hierarchy. Really, I don't think angels have a sex, but can manifest whatever body is appropriate for the person they appear to. She is covered with Ladies, though, isn't she! thanks for the comment.

We have always loved and taken great care not to step on them. They swarm at 83 degrees and while swarming do bite. Hardly more than love bites, though.
