I have ordered and will use a Sony 500mm Lens with a 2X
teleconverter ; that makes it 1000mm of magnification power!
I will be photographing birds!

I do not need a tripod ; the 500mm Lens is light and compact,
the 2x teleconverter is small.
I will be shooting at iso 1600 at 1/600,no problem with birds.

magnafication it is very difficult to hold that still.
I shoot and iso 100 f/8 at 1/1000 of a second
and can still get some blurring due to movement.
1000mm is about the same as looking thr9ough
20x telescope..
Look forward to seeing your shots.
