I refered to the Erinyes as a joke.. a sarcastic one, but just a joke. Never meant to be used as a sword between you two.

Please don't be mad, a picture like this shouldn't be a subject of fight... I know that we know and respect each others work, the problem is perhaps that we have different sense of humor or different sensibility.. not more or less.. just different.

and for what is worth my 2 cents on this conversation, exactly a month ago in my Deutsch class my professor, a lovely and very sincere woman from Augsburg Germany and another student were having a discussion about german manners, she explained to us that Germans are the most sincere people in the world :) fact that i respect a lot... she said: in America if you cut your hair and ask your friends, how i look? even if you look awful chances are that they are going to say Oh looks nice! but in Germany if a friend doesn't like it is going to say to you, you look awful, you shouldn't have cut it... ha! so for what is worth mister Atom, i think that just the fact that mister IIII usw (so many III...) took the time to comment about the focus shows his interest in your photography and was merely expressing a sincere opinion, sadly words don't come across so easily, specially when we all speak different languages and tones...
now also you are spoiled among mexicans, and we are sooo sweet talking ;) ha ha. germans are ehrlich - honest so sometimes comes across unexpected

and... somehow related, i DO have been having trouble with the autofocus of my Alpha! :( i have never had to sharpen a photo before in photoshop and lately i had to do it to rescue a couple of shots... so i am back to manual focus

i never never never trust technology yet i love it
