Aha, exactly! And have to be careful with the dosage of the substance, and to have very fine sense of colors -- darker is the color, longer will stay at the "other side"! So... as a conclusion -- the Shamans have to be painters! :****)

Yes shamans were the first painters...so many signals from nature rely on color to convey their message...the red and yellow warnings, the iridescent blues speak of magic...etc...

There is a codex that nature has put forth in the guise of color...certain insects are guided by colors that we do not perceive...the Celts would apply woad (a blue dye) to their naked skin as a protection in combat, they understood the significance of blue...even now in our unnatural way of living we are still effected by color...
The old ones knew this...we seem to have forgotten how to read the signs...

..some of us still know...no matter how many time passes...

The use of colour is so important... flowers for example, depending in which colour are the flowers that you give to a person is the feeling and energy you're giving too

*** love theories of colors*** ..hehehe what can I say? ;D
