Hey, it is really sad, but this is the home for us retired 23ers!! Imagine, each could have his own room and in the groundfloor we would have a big living room where we all met in the evenings. The proportions and the style of the house look so nice and welcoming, could be so beautiful..

This house is in a small town called Mc Intosh just outside of Gainesville Florida...and in case you didn't know Florida is God's Waiting Room...(many, many people retire here).
There is an artist colony here that is pretty good.

Naturally, then it's the perfect location for the Home for Retired 23ers! And the attic is yours! :)
