Yep, they are the one's that play dead if they get scared...They look like huge rats!!!and hiss if you scare them. Then, if you attack them they faint and act dead...only I am not EVER gonna attack any rat looking thing that big ever...ever

oh the infamous possums!
euz, i think these are what we call in mexico: tlacuaches!! yes ratas gigantes
of course i never saw one in mexico but when i moved to san diego, there are many around!! my 1st encounter w/1: i was about to call Guinness records, thinking i've seen not just the biggest rat but the ugliest too!!! they have just patches of hair, so they look 1/2 bold and poor things they are really really stupid! i've seen them fighting each other with a fence in between, right outside my door, it takes them hours to realize i won't happen... now soon i will post a pix of 1 i saw a few days ago, they literally step outside my door very often, yikes

so mister atom, have you eat tried them? not that i wanna eat one at all! just curious...

I did try it once. It tastes just like chicken:))))). Seriously, no, I would eat Insky's flat-mate before I'd eat one of those nasty marsupials....eeeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. Be careful Bere! They can become quite mean if tested...
