Japanese contemporary artists. No.1 : Kurumi Wakaki
Video installation at the Aichi Arts Center in Nagoya. The piece documents a series of performances were a person (the subject) draws their own face onto a fake banknote and at the same time has the back of their head shaved and the face they are drawing is copied onto the back of their head. (I guess it's Kurumi Wakaki who does that). I love this stuff. |
