World Cosplay Summit in Nagoya
I passed by the World Cosplay Summit at the Oasis 21 near Sakae in Nagoya on 2nd August 2009. Looked like lots of cosplayers having fun. I haven't been to an Anime Convention for a few years now, but I always remember my friend at the cosplay for Shinnenkai UK '98, when he noticed a rather large Sailor Moon character.
