It's a Doppleganger FD11. I bought it because it has 16 inch wheels and folded up small enough to get in the car easily. It has no gears, but as Nagoya is mostly flat, that was okay. The mono-shock makes it comfortable to ride.

It cost about 12,000 yen, that's about $130 or 80 quid.
