It's a moot point, Alan.
I kept up with 23 despite its shortcomings (lack of security for one) and because of the uncertainty over ipernity's future and my unwillingness to get stuck into Flickr.
But, while ipernity seems to have been reprieved (and despite tonight's seeming virus attack), I still want to keep in with 23. It's my default option if ipernity doesn't make it through the night and, I hate to say it, but the future is still very uncertain!
