If you have recently changed the bank account for your e-payment, use your new PIN. Choose Employees > Payroll Center. Select the tax liability you want to pay. Click the View/Pay button. Click the E-Pay button at the bottom. Enter the 4-digit EFTPS PIN twice, and the Internet password twice. Click Submit.Go to www.eftps.com and click the LOGIN tab. Enter the information needed (EIN, 4-digit EFTPS PIN, bank account or last eight digits of your enrollment number), and continue with the process to create your Internet Password. IMPORTANT! Keep the 4-digit EFTPS PIN and the Internet Password.When clicking submit to e-pay your taxes, you will be prompted to enter your Electronic Federal Tax Payment System (EFTPS) pin in QuickBooks.
