Beau Lotto's Bee Matrix has live bumblebees inhabiting an enclosed flight arena which allows us to observe their flight patterns as they learn to respond to different colour stimuli...The bees' learning will be recorded in three dimensions and etched into glass blocks which will show their progress as they learn to face the same perceptual challenges that we humans have evolved to solve. |
