Nice and bright. I have the 28/2.8, which is pretty sweet.

This one is an almost perfect portrait lens. Feels like 75mm on Nikon DSLRs, and bright enough to use with almost any available light.

Nikon makes some nice glass.

So far I am really pleased with it as well I must say. It will be going with me to a concert tomorrow night, and I'll see how it fairs in the low lighting and all.
