Had a go at the inkscape tutorial linked to by Joseph. Next time I might come up with my own idea ;-) . Good fun though and very easy.

That looks so cool! Wow, If you just used the left side of the photo - you could put anything on the right side. I think you should redo the Frisbee in pure inkscape and add "swoosh lines" and/or motion blur...

Put a plate of broccoli on the right and then say "See, you love broccoli!"

The frisbee is a bit rough, I did not take any real time over it's addition. I will try and do as you suggest and create a new one in inkscape. I have no idea how mind so it may take some time!

Just soften the Frisbee a bit by selecting it and feather the edge.
