Hm, why ban him? Just because he got no photos and is posting the same comment on more or less nice photos? There are more serious reasons for banning users imho.

And I agree, a killfile for unwanted commenters would be nice. But while you're waiting, you can still manually delete unwanted comments...

Either a blacklist or moderation queue for comments/tags - post a feature-wish in the forums ;)

he is abusing the system, so he is not a member of the community. make this official and ban him.

yes he is, you can see it above and in his great collection of zero photos of his own. in this context it is of no matter if anyone will ever react. he abuses 23hq.

Abuse by doing what? Posting comments to photos? Even if he wasn't a 23hq-member he would be allowed to do so (http://www.23hq.com/forums/message-view?message_id=3095587) and there would be no way to ban him. It's not like you have been spammed with thousands of "Come join XYZ"-comments. It happened *once*. If you really want to get spammed - I can arrange a set of scripts ... :)

PS: I want to make clear that I am in no way affiliated with that photooftheday-guy/-girl/-whatever ;)
