(this is for Ish) - My first ever home-made sushi, well with the wrong kind of rice ( I was too hungry to cook real one and my housemate just made this basmati long grain rice)
I don't have the right roll but it look a kind like sushi with some rice around and a weired texture inside... And I miss ginger...

sieht doch für die Probleme gar nicht schlecht aus. Lass Zoe ein Carepaket mit Sushiingwer packen - gibts in jedem Asialaden in Folie eingeschweisst das sollte auch air mail überstehen.
