Actually I do not know!! The crumb is looking rather dense! Perhaps it is one like this.....

:-) It's called "gift-kage" , it means "poison-cake"... very sweet taste, uhhhmmm...sorry, I don't have a recipe, I was only eating, happily!

Frølund, den ku godt ligne den du har på din side. Jeg har også hørt, den skulle være nem at lave, såeh... :-)
