early participation in the democratic process. the altenberg kindergarden is planned to close and to be replaced by another a few hundred meters away. however the altenberg is a very special neighbourhood. it is the first neigbourhood that i lived in when i first came to bern. its residents have put together a petition to try to stop this kindergarden from being closed. uhm... i am a bit neutral in this one, but i do understand the concerns of the residents
