Haha, it looks kinda weird too :)

This was a short explanation of a sort of Ironman-drill. One guy in the middle, getting attacked by the other guys in turn. As soon as the defender has control of the attacker, a new one spots a weak angle and takes over the attack. So every time the defender feels on top, he's suddenly under pressure again.
