For some reason I always look very serious in these kinds of photos. Hm.

I was absolutely sure that my sight is just perfect until I went to an ophthalmologist and looked in that "focusing-device"... After the result was printed out, the doctor asked me quite surprised "haven't you had glasses before?". Some days later, I was surprised in my turn to see the world in such a detail:))

I had that exact experience today. On my way home form the office I was thinking "hm, can you really read signs from 20 meters ways. impressive."

Wow, think of Gran Turismo 5 on PS3!

Hahaha, I could sign this impressions -- have no experience at all with PS3 & GT, though:)))

Me neither. It's enough of a challenge to go through the city on your bike when you have to read all the signs you never say before ;-)

Damn... How was it possible for you guys to get around before you got glasses? :-D

I got mine because I got a headache when sitting in front of a computer(I'm "longsighted")

Nice Glasses.

Had the same feeling with "Shit I can see" when I started wearing glasses 3 years ago.

I ask myself the same question since then;)

You've only got one pair?! I now have that ridiculous thing (that I used to laugh at my Dad for) of having to walk about with two pairs which I keep having to change - one to see distance, and one to see close. It's a nightmare when I'm taking pictures - I have to choose between seeing what I'm photographing, or seeing the LCD screen. But I can never do both without fear of dropping something! :(

I got a nice coupon for a free pair of glasses when I got these. So I'm pondering which kind I want the other pair to be: A spare like these ones; a pair for sitting by the computer; or a spare pair for the car. Choices are tricky ;-)
