Nice. You can add comments and metadata as they are uploading?

Is it public yet?

The third iteration will be a fully working demo, and we'll probably have it for you guys by Monday. A hidden feature is that it'll also upload files in order of filename rather than the current, random fashion.

A very early beta of the new uploader has been released for testing:
All comments are welcomed.

Please note that you still cannot save you meta data through the new app.

Min useragent:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9a4pre) Gecko/20070402 Minefield/3.0a4pre ID:2007040204 [cairo]

Nice. One issue I have is that the 2nd step that allows you to set the privacy is set to private by default. If you choose a single file, no matter how fast you change the 2nd step privacy setting the file will be set to private.

Of course, one can tweak this in the third step.

Yeah you're right about the 2nd step & privacy.
We spent an entire afternoon discussing that one around the water cooler but in the end we decided that we'd want three step irrespective of file count.
