This stencil shows the logo of the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Afrika_Korps">Afrika Korps</a> - part of the German military during World War II. So this probably wasn't meant as street art but is Neo-Nazi propaganda. The nice thing however is where it was placed on: a garbage can - right where it belongs ;-)
