Well, I think that we may follow the idea of larsipulami about the avatar of the architecture photo-group -- http://www.23hq.com/larsipulami/photo/1860017

The group-avatar can be just a simple drawing, or a silhouette of a portrait - not a definite photo.
We can ask a professional artist (we have one among us :) I'll send this idea to her.
By that time we may discuss the idea! :o)
