            <description>&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Only a wild guess, but I think some of the 23 mail servers have problems. Even through the filters and captchas some spam gets through and if you have mail info for new comments activated, you will get them via mail, which, in the sum of all users, is probably counting as spam relay for some mail providers and/or blacklist providers.&lt;br /&gt;
Maybe that's the reason why mail from 23 no longer reaches anyone.</description>

            <description>&lt;b&gt;&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;Well, I just tried sending email to myself, and it has not arrived yet. Now, there is no quality of service for email services (from any vendor) -- it could arrive any time, or not at all.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Still, it's been 5 minutes and nothing, even in my spam folder.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Posting this to see if I even get mail from replies to this thread.&lt;/p&gt;

I just joined and uploaded some photos then 'sent' them to myself (using a different email address) but I haven't received any email. So is there some magic technique to use or does it take a long time or something?</description>
