Restoring old, damaged photos
..I'm kinda old and it seems most of my precious family photos have sustained varying degrees of damage over the years ..It's been my goal to try to repair, restore and preserve as many of those irreplaceable photos as I can
..If you have a photo you'd like to see repaired, just post a good resolution scan to this group and I'll be happy to give it a try ..No guarantees and my time is a bit limited

..Here's an example of my restoration work:
License: Make clear what you allow!
I decided to switch form No License to CC for all my images. I think ShareAlike would be the best solution for this group.

License: Make clear what you allow!
well, into the Fix my Pic group ONLY the owner can post pictures, which is probably obvious. what the owner does with his or her pix or what he or she allows is emtirely up to the person who took the pic. If you want to post _your_ pic somewhere else that's your call. Please post fixed pics ONLY to the I Fixed Your Pic pool, unless the owner allows otherwise . so yes, if there is a CC derivatives license this of course covers the usage.

The guidelines are just meant to make sure everyone remembers to adhere to the appropriate copyrights.

License: Make clear what you allow!
I think it is obvious that the images posted to this group are here to be edited - and the group rules say that the owner has to be mentioned. - But I was just asking myself if I may post an image to other groups as well... ?

This is just an encouragement to use the Creative Commons licenses of your taste on images that are posted here to simplify the things ... :)
